Maa Kali Engineering Construction was founded in 2005 by Shri Uttam Kundu, an engineer with two decades of frontline experience on landmark projects at IOCL Panipat, Reliance Jamnagar, Petronas LNG Tiga (Malaysia) and Bu Hasa (Abu Dhabi).
